Theresa Hogg, J.D.

Finance Director

Theresa brings more than 20 years’ experience and knowledge in Accounting and Management. As Finance Director, she is responsible for protecting SLHP’s assets and maintains compliance with government grants and contracts. Theresa can prepare and negotiate all Government and industry contracts and ensures compliance with applicable Federal, state and local laws and regulations. She develops and implements long- and short-term financial and economic strategies, ensuring the effective use of SLHP assets. Theresa works with leadership team to develop and coordinate system-wide policy. Before coming to SLHP, Theresa was a Controller/Chief Financial Officer at non-profits and commercial entities. She attended Boston College, is a Certified Court Mediator and a graduate of John F. Kennedy University School of Law (Juris Doctor).

Theresa is the founder and co-owner of Hilaire Consulting Group, a small accounting consulting business committed to working with nonprofits and small businesses create a superior financial and administrative foundation in order to support the primary goals and mission of their clients.
